The Magic Scent Diffuser for Home & Hotels, Portable or HVAC Scent Diffuser

Simply Amazing! I have 3 scents, Royal, Baccara and mandarin blossom. The machine works great. You can smell the aroma the minute you walk through the house. I highly recommend this, it's an initial investment but if you calculate how much you spend on plug ins on a monthly basis it's actually more affordable in the long run. And the scents smell luxurious completely different from plug in scents.

THIS IS AN UPDATE FROM A PREVIOUS REVIEW! Magic Scent customer service has responded to my emails. After suggesting I clean and run alcohol through my diffuser for 10 minutes, which I have done several times, with no improvement. Little scent comes out of diffuser and it still leaks at bottom. They now suggest I send it back to them for further evaluation and possible repair per my warranty. The warranty expired 2 months prior. I asked them you are asking me to send it to Magic Scent in Fla. to and from plus at my expense pay for the repairs too? They have not responded after 3 days. This product has poor reliability and customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DIFFUSER FROM MAGIC SCENT! I purchased this Magic Scent Diffuser Aug' 2024. For the first 9 months it worked great. My condo was filled with the pleasant scent that it was purchased for. Then over the next several months I noticed a steady decline in performance. I clean it on a regular basis. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested a thorough cleaning with alcohol, which had already been performed prior. So I cleaned it again. Now very little scent comes out of this diffuser and it is leaking oil at the bottom. I reached out again to Magic Scent customer service again this time with NO REPLY back from them. I understand it is barely out of warranty, however I expected more out of this product and more from customer service.P

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Magic Scent Diffuser! From the moment I turned it on, my entire space felt elevated—like I had stepped into a luxury hotel lobby. The scent distribution is incredibly consistent and powerful without being overwhelming. The scent is fresh (I'm using 'Royal') and does not smell fake or cloying. I have a 2 bedroom condo and within an hour of turning it on, the scent has dispersed throughout the condo evenly. It's quiet, it's small enough...it's simply perfection.

Had this almost an entire year! Absolutely love it. My house is 4000 sq ft and I do not have it hooked into the HVAC system. I have it downstairs set on 45 second intervals with 180 second breaks. The whole house smells fantastic! The oil is a bit pricey so always make sure you get the 500ML bottle, it is a whole lot cheaper that way. I've only had to refill it twice so it is worth the money considering what I was paying for other kinds of plug ins. Programming can be a little tricky but with some patience you'll be just fine. I don't notice the noise at all and it fits nicely on the shelf. I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. I think the negative reviews on here are wrong. I'm leaving this review as I order two more. One for my parents because they absolutely love the way my house smells and one for the camper so it always smells like home too!!!

I purchased a THE MAGIC SCENT diffuser expecting a luxury experience, but it turned into a complete disappointment in less than a year. At first it seemed okay, but after a short time the diffuser stopped projecting scent properly. No matter how many expensive oils I purchased, the fragrance barely filled the room. I honestly thought the issue was the oils themselves, so I kept wasting money trying different scents, when the real problem was clearly the machine. I cleaned this diffuser countless times exactly as instructed. I ran alcohol through it, deep cleaned it repeatedly, adjusted settings, changed oils, nothing fixed the issue. Then came the leaking. Oil started leaking from the diffuser and damaged my furniture, leaving stains behind. For a product advertised as premium, this is completely unacceptable. What makes the experience even worse is the customer support. Responses feel generic and unhelpful, as if they don’t actually read what customers are saying. Instead of taking responsibility for a faulty product, they keep pushing the same cleaning instructions over and over. After reading other reviews, I realized I’m not the only one experiencing these exact same problems: leaking oil, weak scent output, defective performance after a few months, and poor customer service. This diffuser is overpriced, unreliable, and absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the frustration and buy from another company.

This is my second one I’ve purchased the first one is still working great and I purchased it over five years ago. I wanted to get this one for my daughter as she moved into a new apartment.

I’ve been searching for the perfect diffuser for a long time, but most of the options out there are outrageously expensive. Then, we found the MagicScent Diffuser Machine, which is not only affordable but absolutely amazing! From the very moment we turned it on, I fell in love. The scents fill the house beautifully, it smells like a luxury hotel! Every guest who comes over comments on how incredible my home smells. I’ve tried a few different scents from this brand, and they never disappoint. The quality is consistent, and the aromas are always delightful. A couple of weeks ago, my machine started malfunctioning after almost a year of use. That’s when I truly fell in love with this company. Their customer service was outstanding, fast, personal, and incredibly helpful. They confirmed my two-year warranty, guided me through mailing it in, and assured me they would either fix it or send me a new machine. I just received my replacement, and everything works perfectly again. The whole experience from the product to the service, was exceptional. I couldn’t recommend the MagicScent Diffuser Machine more. 100% worth it!

I was very excited to get this, I love it when my house smells nice however this I am not sure reaches the square footage advertised. My house in total is about 1700 sq ft ranch style (1 floor) and this barely makes my living room smell good. The design is good and modern looking. It is not too big or small which helps. Setting the machine up can be a little tricky so instead of making a schedule, I just set up the same setting for all days. I truly had high hopes after seeing the reviews. I have had it a few weeks now and it doesn't live up to what I had hoped. This likely will work in smaller spaces rather than a larger house. It is past the return window so I have to keep it but definitely think about it if your have an open larger space. This doesn't live up to that.

Worked for a month or so. Requested warranty replacement or reimbursement. They mentioned that I would have to ship to their corporate office in Florida and pay for the shipping. I will not buy from this brand again.
