The pills are very easy to swallow and I can take it up to an hour AFTER I eat. I only take a pill will main meals. My appetite has been supposed but not in a way most other medications do. I purchased it because a friend got it and told me it helped her lose both weight and belly fat.before i started this, my daily routine is 8-14 miles a day. I was losing about 2lbs a week. This product said that it would increase that loss. I eat about 4 meals a day, they are very small meals with 5-10g of fat in them. This product suggest taking with any meal you eat thats more then 5g of fat in it.After almost a month, i have seen no increase in weight loss, i still hover around 2lbs a week. So i then thought, well ill check my belly size as she said hers decreased. Reviews have stated that after a couple weeks they noticed thier belly sizes going down. When i started this i was a 40 3/4" belly. After almost a month on this, i am still at a 40 3/4" belly so no loss there eitherThis might work for some people or maybe they tricked themselves into thinking it worked. I however can tell you it did not work in the slighest for me, i cant recommand when i saw zero improvements. The only thing i can tell you is that when i took the pill after eating a greasy burger.... well just dont freak out by the side effects you see.but other then that, its not worth the $80 in my view.

So I have been dodging this fir awhile because of the price. I read all the reviews and was not too concerned. Mind you this was DAY ONE Feb. 15 2025. I took it as soon as I got it. Not getting into the details let's just say a change if clothes was needed.In my opinion if you are wanting to lose weight and expel the fatty deposits in your b body then you should give this a try.
