Amco 318402 8402 Rub-a-Way Bar Stainless Steel Odor Absorber, Silver

I have no clue how this bar works, all I can say is that it does.I was expecting it to be a stocking filler that never really got used but it is a permanent fixture by our kitchen sink.Onions, fish, garlic...all the smells gone instantly. And we cook Italian all the time, so everything starts with garlic.Its amazing

I have always hated using garlic/ onions because of the smell on my hands for days after.I bought this hoping for results and results I got , it definitely works ! Only a slight smell remained but after using a few times it had gone completely.Brilliant !!

really works as I work in a kitchen and takes the smell of onions away no matter now many I have to cut (can be over 10kg)

Ok, so I don't profess to understand how it works, but I have had a fridge deodoriser which is simply a stainless disc sitting half submerged in a small tub of cold water, and it works well, so I had to try this one. Shaped like a well-used bar of soap, easy to handle and it sits in the kitchen like it belongs there. I was cutting up raw fish a day ago, and despite multiple efforts to get the smell from my hands, it remained. Until I got home and used my steel bar. All trace of odour gone in a few seconds. Like I said, I don't understand the science, but it most certianly works!
