Pro-tip: Buy a bag of these and save them for a bad day at work. Pass them out and watch all of your coworker's worries melt away. You simply cannot stay upset while using a party blower. Bonus points if you have little fights with them, just don't tell HR. The quality of these is exactly what you would expect. They're disposable little toys, but not so disposable that they don't even function. They would be great for kids parties as well! The price is appropriate such that they could easily be given out as party favors.

My son had his four year birthday party and these were hit! Who would think these simple noisemakers would be so much fun. Since they are paper they do wear out or stop working if they get wet. Luckily this kid had 25 and it so we had plenty to pass around. I love all the color, variation and patter Otters, that made it very fun for each kid to pick out the one that they liked. We have some extras for other events.

These party blowouts come in fun, bright color combinations that definitely catch your eye and look great scattered around a party table. They are your typical size for party blowers making them easy to hold for every size hand, young and old. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end. They’re very flimsy and tend to break or unravel almost immediately after use. The paper dissolves with even the slightest bit of moisture, so they don’t hold up well in humid environments or near drinks. They do make noise if you blow hard enough, but the effort isn’t worth it since they often come apart mid-celebration. The construction feels cheap, and they just don’t offer good value

These noisemakers are fun! I like the vibrant colors, and they work as expected. The plastic part can withstand chewing (little kids or people with sensory needs). The paper part is a bit flimsy. Like similar products, this item works for an hour or two but is not designed for multiple uses over several days. However, they're a reliable product for a birthday party or other event.

These were perfect for a birthday party. I like that these have a plastic mouthpiece instead of paper. They don't get soggy like the paper ones do. They come in many colors and make the very typical party blower sound, which was exactly what I wanted. As for durability, I mean, it's paper, what do you want? They last long enough to have a good time, but it's nothing soething you can reuse year after year. They were a very good price and I'm happy with the purchase.

Cheaply made--a bunch of them already falling apart before I opened the bag. These also tear really easily. Once torn, they no longer work.
