Vanilla Cashmere Fragrance Oil - Candle Making, Soap Making - KY Candle Supply

This smells so good! Worked great in my soaps.

This was my 2nd bottle of vanilla cashmere. The first I ordered last year. Which was perfect! This bottle was RANCID! It smelled like RANCID eucalyptus oil. My mailman was upset! It also LEAKED! I received just over an ounce of RANCID oil. The rest leaked thru the windowed envelope it comes in & the bubble wrap it was wrapped in & it leaked thru the Amazon envelope. Everything was soaked including the poor mailmans truck! This means the oil at the Amazon warehouse is Rancid. Normally Amazon says they'll send a control person to check the rest of the bottles to make sure the rest aren't spoiled. Amazon did not do that this time! I gave an outstanding review for this oil last year because it deserved one. This is my 2nd bottle and my 2nd review. This is a fair review for a horid oil. I also contacted Kentucky Candle Supply & instead of offering to send out a new bottle of oil. They said they couldn't help me. I even said I would ship the oil back to them at my own expense! Very poor customer service! Do yourself a favor & order anywhere else but here.
