just had to follow up with my thoughts on the decompression tool that I just received from your Amazon store. It was the ½” ag / pioneer model for my JD 4052.I ordered it late yesterday and I have already received it and have used it.It works EXACTLY as it is supposed to and I could not be happier! No more “cussing” as you put it, and, the biggest thing, NO more ruined clothing!Thank you very much for supplying such a wonderful product that does what it says it will. More people need to know about this item and I will do my part to make sure more do.

I used to hit my hydraulic fitting with a hammer to release the pressure so I could attach the hose. This product is easy to use and takes a few minutes to do the same thing without damaging the attachment. Well worth the money. Very easy to use.

I had just picked up a kubota tractor and purchased a grapple for it. I hadn't had it long enough to know to release the pressure first before removing attachments. There is a lot of force in those poppet connections if not leveled out first.What I can say is they make my not so infrequent mistake of forgetting that small step an easy fix. There is a nice little toolbox behind the seat where I keep mine stored. First in a paper towel, and then a zipper baggy to keep moisture away from them. They are also awesome for using attachments where someone else also made the same mistake. They were well worth the purchase. The quality of them is such that you only have to buy them once. That makes it all the better.

I purchased this for use on implements for a Kioti. no more fighting to get the couplings on if pressure was not released before disconnect. Less than a minute with the tool saves struggle and swearing to get the connections made.

I would give this 5 stars if I didn't see a way it could be improved. As it is now you can (and I did) break your hydraulic fitting by tightening it too much. If the end were flat and slightly larger than the diameter of the hole in the fitting it would bottom out preventing this from happening, although It may also need a bleed hole to keep from plugging the fitting and preventing the fluid from escaping. Now I take responsibility for damaging my fittings, I should have known better, I've also decided not to buy Stucci fittings in the future as they are easier to damage than the Summit Hydraulic ones. And should I lose this, I will buy anothere even if its not improved.
