Heat Mat - Medium (400mm x 600mm)

This mat does the job very well. Maintains temperature. All my seeds has germinated really well.The mat seems well made and fit for the job. I would recommend it.

Fits underneath a standard sized seed tray and does slowly heat the compost. It is only 50w so takes its time. I use it with the thermostat and together they work well, heating up the compost and regulating the temperature regardless of the surrounding temperature. From adding a newly sown tray , with cold tap water, it can take up to 24 hours to get up to temperature but then it is regulated quite well. A good investment as you can continue to use your own pots and trays.

Very pleased with this for the price. Keeps my mushrooms nice and toasty in these winter months.

Only used for 2 weeks so far. Need to cover entire mat to reach and maintain temperature. Using with thermostat (purchased separately). Would not reach and maintain 25C until moved away from window and placed on insulated surface (old piece of polystyrene) – to be fair it's Ocotber and night temps around 4C. Heats up quickest (around 6 hrs) when using lid over propogator. Happy with it so far.

First time I've used one.Seeds pop up in no time then I move em on to the light. Great little quality mat.

These heat mats are stiff as a board when you first inbox them, but plug them in for 10 minutes or so, and they become soft and flexible.I bought two of these together with a vivo sun thermstatic controller. Very happy wth the result. Keeps young plant roots warm in the greenhouse when the outside temps are way too cold for the tender young seedlings.

Questo tappeto, semlice da usare, basta solo inserire la spina... ci si mette sopra delle piccole serrette dove ci si mettono dei semi per farle germogliare, in così pochi giorni di attesa escono dal terriccio.

Tralasciando le caratteristiche tecniche ( dimensioni, cosumi, ecc...) ho acquistato questo prodotto perchè anche avendo una serra costruita da me per esterno ed esposta sud( quindi posizione ottimale) germinavano pochissimi semi. Invece tenendo in casa questo tappetino su una mensola come in foto, la germinazione dei semi è ottimale. Ho provato anche a mettere il tappetino all'esterno (sempre in serra) ma probabilmente le dimensioni e la potenza non sono sufficienti per la mia serra.Non vi elenco i semi che ho provato a far germinare ma sono molte varietà comuni e non.Penso che comprerò un tappetino di dimensioni maggiori per metterlo nella mia serra.

Funciona perfectamente. Aunque la temperatura apenas se aprecia al tacto, la prueba de que es suficiente es que en 3 días han empezado a germinar las semillas de pimiento, las cuales, por si no la sabéis necesitan altas temperaturas para hacerlo.
