I was really hoping that this would help me control my blood sugar along with keeping the carbs low, etc. But I don't see any results, so perhaps the quality of the product is not that good

I am still on my first bottle of Gurmar.11 weeks ago my fasting glucose was 256. It is now 110 on average for the past week. I DO NOT know if Gurmar has been part of that success or not but I suspect it has been. I take one after breakfast, two after lunch and one after supper. Importantly, I changed my diet to low card - meat, chicken, fish, green veggies and I take a daily gulp of a mixture of Milk of Magnesium with seltzer water. I have lost 12-pounds since my last Doctor visit 11-weeks ago. I also walk daily. I hope this information is helpful for those looking to get control of their glucose. I believe it has to be the mixture of my methods. Not just the Gurmar. In any case, I ordered my second bottle of Gurmar last night. First bottle took quite some time to arrive at my house after order.

I’m diabetic and I’m always looking for something to give me some additional help. People on YouTube are saying this product cured them of having diabetes. I’ve now taken this daily for 2 months and have seen no help at all. Needless to say, I’m not going back in for anymore. Cinnamon works way better for me.
