Easy to set up! Just transferred photos using the cable provided after the unit is charged. It rotates through the photos effortlessly. You do not have to leave it plugged. Much easier than other units to set up and it looks great with the acrylic background. Just note that it does not auto rotate, and there is no touchscreen feature.

This digital mini frame was everything I was looking for and then some — period. I went through the last two to three years of my favorite memories and loaded them onto this frame for my work, and it instantly brought me so much joy. I already own a larger digital frame at home (a completely different one), so I had something to compare it to — and I can honestly say I absolutely love this frame. The quality is amazing, it’s easy to use, and it displays photos beautifully. It’s the perfect size, the perfect vibe, and honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made. I’m already planning on buying more. Highly recommend!

This is actually amazing! I played around with it a bit and it was frustrating. However, when I decided to make a slide show first, add the music to my slideshow and than upload it, I got the best results. It also gives you more control. The quality and sound was perfect and in sync. I suggest making a slideshow than upload and everything will be smooth.

Opened up the box, plugged it into my computer. Kept flashing over and over trying to connect and reconnect. Even tried a high speed usb c-c cable and still had same issue. Getting refunded. Not a viable product

It's a beautiful frame and I love the size but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get my photos from my Iphone to the frame. I've tried everything. The photos must be on your computer and I can't seem to find a compatible way to transfer all of the photos from my Iphone to my computer without taking us mass space and time to get it done. This would be ideal if it had wifi and I could easily transfer from my phone directly to this device. Again, solid quality frame, I love it, but functionality is weak and perhaps it's the user's issue (I don't doubt it) but I've asked a few people for help and nobody can figure it out. If they could make it easier or if your photos are already on your computer that would be great.

This picture frame is made really well! The acrylic is thick and sturdy. The on/off buttons on the back make it really easy to turn on and off. You can leave it plugged in and charging the entire time, if you want, it comes with the wire and wall plug. Uploading photos onto the frame is very easy. Once plugged into the computer, a file will appear for you to click on and drag photos into the folder. The photos will automatically upload, which is great and simple. The one issue I did not like due to preference was that all photos either needed to be horizontal or vertical, depending on how you wanted the frame to sit. Photos that are not in the direction of the how the frame is sitting are turned sideways, upside down, etc, which was visually bothering me. Image quality is very good and the photos rotate pretty quickly in the frame. The 2GB of memory allows you to put a ton of photos onto the frame for lots of variety so you do not continuously see the same photos over and over. I would absolutely purchase another one of these for the price.

It works okay. Transition in between photos isn’t very smooth and it doesn’t hold a lot. We got a 10 second video, and 3 photos that displayed when it was turned on but we uploaded about 10 photos and one video.

Product is absolute trash for this money. I even struggled to ship it to Bulgaria and now it is impossible for me to return it to the US. Images appear distorted and upside-down, you can't change the duration of switching the images. The product itself feels cheap and empty. Zero customization. Total disappointment, I wouldn't recommend.

It's an okay product. The quality isn't the best, but the frame is nice and it has been working well. I bought it last November and it's still functioning
