Piece of crap
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS . If I could give negative stars I would. Battery life is non existent. Says 8 hours of work time. Placed in kitchen to simply add items to shopping list. No music playing. Had to charge 2 times in 1 day. Started a return and required to pay $7.99 and print my own label to take to UPS.

Using outside under my gas drill enclosure. Can take it anywhere on the patio. Lasts long enough for me, did not test till failure.

Exactly what I needed
This is exactly what I was hoping for. I wanted a way to move an Echo Dot to the patio to play some music outdoors, and this battery pack delivered. The cradle held the Dot in place firmly, which made moving it around easier than I was expecting. I was also surprised at the number of hours I could get on a single charge...8 to 10, probably (I didn't count it up, but it played a long time on a single charge).

i just cut the top ring part and glue to my echo pot not more muffing sound ,it look awesome and it work super in every way battery it last long time, (works while charging not extra noises )i even used as my outside camping speaker not complain at all
