These are nice and comfy and work well. They do slip a little bit so I wore them over tights. Protected my knees.

I use these for kickboxing/Muay Thai. I've clashed knees with people many times in the past and these knee pads help keep my knees safe from damage now. No more knee clashing and pain. Decent quality. I tried to use them for wrestling but I didn't like using them for that. They serve their purpose.

One size knee protection. These worked well for a theatre production where a character has to repeatedly fall to her knees. They certainly made the rehearsal period a lot more comfortable and cushioned the falls well. They are very easy to use, simply put on over the foot and pull up. They fitted the slim legged actress week, but I don't think they'd have worked for anyone who chunkier calves and legs.
