Megadosing my brother with this for schizophrenia but doesn't seem to be working at all. Before Bulk Supplement arrives, my brother was on Life Extension inositol hexaniacinate (IHX) at 1600mg per dose, 3 times a day, he is at ease, chatty, no hallucination, no voices. His facial twitch went away in a week after taking Life Extension. When Bulk Supplement IHX arrives, we stopped Life Extension and put him on Bulk Supplement at 2000mg per dose, 3times a day. Barely 2 day, he start hearing voices and was communicating to "them" and screaming to the air the whole day. Switching back to Life Extension IHX immediately and he has stopped the "communication". Not sure if it is coincidence, will continue to see if Life Extension capsule works. I understand from reviews that IHX powder should be tasteless (or a hint of sweetness) and colorless but the one I have smell fishy and is chalky. A lot of it does not dissolves. I wish Bulk Supplement powder works as it is less expensive. This was my first try on Bulk Supplement and it does not work. I have lost condifence to try the rest of their supplement.

Great stuff! I have serious brain fog without this. It clears within hours of taking it and stays gone for days even if I forget a dose. I'm taking 3000mg a day in split doses and have found it has completely cleared chronic migraines, which had me almost suicidal! It has also improved my skin, which looks so much brighter and clearer now. Digestion has improved and bathroom breaks are more regular. It has become such an essential in my life I just feel I cannot be without it!If you decide to take high dose, start with a small amount and work your way up. I am not keen on a flush, so this is a nice option, but I use regular niacin alongside this. It's best to take it after a meal for the most benefits!

Really good stuff. I'm feeling better already. I bought Inositol, choline, L Methionine and take all three in a 4 oz of Gatorade in the mornings.

I was unable to take Niacin because of extreme itching. This works great for me.

This a very good quality for the price. I use it daily with milk Kefir to lessing the taste and to flush and detox and as a supplement for Thyroid and brain stimulation and health.

It turns out me and my entire family are sensitive to regular niacin, so the flush free niacin by Bulk Supplements is exactly what we need. As it turns out, approximately 1g of the powder fits in a 00 gel cap using a filling machine; this 100 g package filled about 100 caps, so the dosage is pretty much perfect w/o the fillers. This flush free niacin performs as promised w/o flushing our faces into rosacea valhalla.

Works just like Niacin but not flushing. Great Product
