Colonnade Games Movie Star the board game

We love board games and films so thought this would be a great game for Easter. It’s ok, well made and initially was alright. It is however quite difficult and you spend most your time on your mobile checking things. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I got this game for a friend who is a total movie geek. I thought I'd be rubbish at it because I dont really know that much about movies but even I could get some right. I'd say this is a game to get if you like movies though and are interested in who played and/or directed what when etc. we have had a lot of fun with it so far.

Great game for any movie fans!

We bought this game because we love movies. Playing began with our next neighbours, we had a great laugh and so many discussions about who? in What film? With whom? it really tests your memory skills and makes you think have i really watched that film? Love it - thanks, marvellous game!

Difficult to follow, only suitable if you’re a genius on films.

The concept is a great one, game play is familiar enough to feel intuitive and there aren't pages of instructions to get through before you can begin so I have really enjoyed playing this game! The quality of the board and game pieces is fantastic, I would highly recommend this game for any movie fans as it provides hours of fun :)

Great game, played with friends at a dinner party and they all enjoyed it! Can't wait to play at Christmas with the family!!
