I bought this because I had been advised by a MadeByZen representative, following an enquiry via Facebook, that it was the best model for my requirements, which I specified.First, there is a permanent power light on the 101 model, which was not mentioned; according to their reply to my enquiry Soto and Zenbow were the only ones which had a power light, and I specifically did not choose either of those for that reason. So even with the main light function off there is either a red or green glow from the diffuser which is totally inappropriate and unwanted in a dark room.Second, on the 'continuous' mode with the red light (yes, I did read all the instructions) the diffuser still shuts itself off at random. At first I thought it was empty, and so had shut off automatically (a good thing, though I thought it seemed a bit quick), but upon opening the lid found it was still two-thirds full of water. It had not been touched or moved in any way, and there was no reason for it to switch itself off like this. I switched it on again, and it worked fine, before switching itself off again some time later, when there was still plenty of water left. I haven't timed these intervals as I have better things to do that sit watching it to see when it will turn off.Finally, there is no mention I can find anywhere in information on the various websites it is advertised that it beeps when being switched on or off. My intention was to try it either in my daughter's or my bedroom. The random switching-off means I have to turn it back on - BEEP - which is disturbing, so it's not in my daughter's room (the red glow was not welcome either). In my room I can't switch it back on either - BEEP - as it beep also disturbs my husband. And of course it's not working for as long as it should anyway. The red glow is also not wanted as we try to sleep in as dark a room as possible.I emailed the company and contacted them via Facebook. My email never received a response. My Facebook message was ignored for two weeks, when I followed it up twice more, getting increasingly stroppy. They finally deigned to reply, saying that I shouldn't trust information from social media (huh? it was their own company page and employees giving me this information!) and that if I thought it was broken then I should return it.Fortunately having bought through Amazon I could return it.I would avoid this company. I think their products are shoddy, and they clearly don't give a rat's ass about their customers.

Il prodotto è molto carino e funzionale, molto simpatica la luce che cambia colore.Da tenere presente che il serbatoio dell'acqua non è molto grande, (durata due/tre d'ore, a seconda che si scelga la fuoriuscita continua o quella a intermittenza del vapore), anche il quantitativo di vapore profumato che esce non è moltissimo. Le funzioni sono in linea con il prezzo del prodotto.Perfetto per le mie esigenze. Non adatto per ambienti molto grandi o per un uso professionale.Consegna impeccabile, in anticipo di tre giorni rispetto alla data prevista.
