Perfect for my crafting needs
I bought this to miter wood and cast resin pieces for crafting and I am very pleased with my purchase. Small tool, big results
Used these for detail finishing with quarter round and wood trim. Results were perfect. No dragging out power saws, easy on the hands.

Quality from Craftsman as always.
I had purchased another pair previously and they were the worst quality ever. I returned them and seen these were only a couple dollars more. It was so well worth it. I build dollhouses and these are a bonus for me.

Strong!
Cuts my dowels easily and perfectly. I will say, hence the 4*, that they are a bit heavy to my hand but I think that makes them sturdy. I have used it plenty. I tried cutting popscicle sticks, it worked but not with the ease as cutting the dowel. Has a mechanism to close and stay closed for safety. I recommend.
