The media could not be loaded.  One complaint: the power cord is quite short!I am so glad I got this. I backup my photos on a hard drive, but it’s like sending them to the abyss- never to be seen again. So I have several of my favorite photos on my phone I just have not been able to delete for years. My storage is always full and I pick and choose and get rid of the bigger files or apps.I have been sending the precious photos to the frame, and now my whole family gets to enjoy them too! And I don’t need to feel guilting deleting them from my phone. (Again, they are backed up on an external hard drive as well, not just on the frame!!)It’s very easy to use. The frame has an ID, and you (and your family members) can make a profile. You can then connect multiple profiles or frames. I am now wanting to get my parents each one so we can easily share photos with them instantly!One or two more criticism: viewing/selecting photos within the app is not user friendly- my eyes hurt trying to see the photos I wanted to choose.But good news, you can use your photos app to select the photos, and use the share to app function! Con: either way, you can only do a max of 10 photos at a one time.But I love the options it gives and it looks beautiful!!! Will buy again!!

We gave this as a Christmas gift for our mother. It was very easy to set up and send photos to. Various family members can now send new photos to the device from their cell phones. It's a perfect way to keep a loved one in contact with family members near and far.

I got this for around $60 on a coupon site deal and even at the regular $100+ price it's worth it. My mother is in a senior facility and filling this with over a thousand photos has made her so happy. Different pics from her past and our travels go by and she can have a memory that starts a conversation with staff or family and many more can be added. While I have only added photos by flash drive (which is a bit slow). It has stayed on for months now without a hiccup I have been aware of. Haven't had to restart it and its had an update or two and it just works. It's a nice big 16" screen that's easy for old eyes to see.While adding an SD card seems to allow additional storage for photos. The included 32gb seems to be the best and easiest way to use this (1000+ pictures and not full yet). Flash drives can't be read from for the slideshow. Sadly, flash drives seem to be only for file transfer. I think this unit also had a way to transfer over an app. But I am extremely picky on what apps my phone gets since I use it for mobile banking, have not tried the app function.

The pictures are good quality, and the frame is nice. But I bought 3 of these as Christmas gifts for family members, and no one can add pictures to any of them except for me. I’ve sent the link to sisters and cousins, and it doesn’t work for any of them. It seems simple enough; you share the link, they add the app and click on the link, and it’s supposed to work. But we get a failure message every time. So they have to send me the pictures and then I add them to the frame. It works that way, but it’s definitely frustrating!

This is the best gift! I had been wanting one for years now and the price has finally become reasonable. It arrived faster then expected and was so easy to set up.

This is my first digital photoframe and I am happy with the purchase. Changes to portrait or landscape immediately as soon as you move it. Touch screen and wifi ready. No hassle adding pictures into its memory. Frameo app is very easy to use. You can share the code to your family/friends so they can share and send pictures to the frame too. I just wish the frame was bigger but almost every frame of this price have the same size. Very satisfied! By the way, I bought 3 pcs for my family gifts already.

Liked this digital photo frame. I already have a digital photo frame but that wasn’t touch screen so thought of ordering this one and found it great. Good quality screen and touch. Easy to install and use. Along with photos we can also use it as a digital clock and calendar, so found it very useful. Overall very satisfied with my purchase, would recommend it.

Actually a super good gift idea if you don't live close to your grandparents. Best if you are able to set up the frame yourself and then give it to them. That way they don't have to figure it out. Send photos through an app and they appear on their screen. They love seeing all the photos of their great granddaughter. Does have a photo limit but haven't hit it yet

Overall good product, very easy to set up and to transfer photos.Can be used as a calendar or digital photo frame. good resolution and frame quality is also great. I love the fact that it will turn off automatically after a while and turn back on when someone enters the room with a motion sensor.good product, highly recommended.

The frame was very easy to set up and use. I particularly liked the feature where it can recognize if there is someone in front of it or not and the screen would turn on or off automatically. I also liked that it can play video and images.
