Mine keeps coming lose? Does anyone know how i can stop this , i keep tightening it up, but after afew flushes it get lose again ?

Too much slack in the attachment to the mechanism. Use a closer slot on the plastic

How/where does the handle screw off so that the unit can be taken apart for assembly. Everything seems pretty tight. Nothing seems to want to turn.

The shiny part on the end of the handle screws off! Item took about 1 minute to fit to cistern, its literally two screws.

Does the handle screw off as only want the handle itself please

Yes, it has to so you can put the bar through from inside the cistern. I was originally going to change only the handle but It came with new bits so I decided just to use them.
