Terrible does not do the job at all

It's doesn't work!!!
It took a while to get it to work the first time. I assumed it was because it needed to fully charge. Second time, charge light went from red to blue but it didn't run. Plugged it in again to charge. It went from red to blue again but no power. Tried third time. Nothing. This is either a damaged product or the product itself is a piece of crap. I would like my money back.

I Use to love it
I had bought one of these shavers before and just loved it. I loved it so much. I bought one for a friend. Mine finally died and wouldn’t take a charge so I ordered a new one recently, but it doesn’t turn on right away. I have to count up to five before it will turn on then I’m not sure it’s running the way it should. It was very disappointed this time. Thought about returning it, but I guess I’ll play around with it and hope keep working.Disappointed 3rd time customer.Shirl
