KEVLAR® THREAD

This product is excellent. You can't really get an accurate impression of its size from the photo but, as another reviewer has said, it is surprisingly small: 23mm wide and 10mm deep. I always have a small tin in my work bag with some items in it that can be useful if me, or someone else, needs, say, a plaster, a needle and thread, a 'spare' fiver, a micro-torch - you get the idea. This thread is a great addition. It's very very strong but no thicker than a robust cotton thread. I've just suspended two chairs from it and there is no problem with the weight. Just don't try pulling it apart with your hands! The spool arrived quickly and I have no hesitation in recommending this product very highly. I'm going to buy more of these for little gifts and for the 'survival' tin I take on camping and cycle touring trips: if you run out of paracord or if one of your guys breaks, or something like that, then this is the answer that keeps you going 'in the field,' as they say.

What else is there to say - Kevlar is a very strong thread and should be a standard part of your kit. Available in all colours it is the best thread to use for any repair work to gear, bags and clothes. Always carry one in your kit bag.

Fast delivery , smaller than expected but otherwise extremely strong stuff have not yet had chance to fully put to test which why only 4 stars otherwise very happy with service , usefull piece of kit .

Brilliant thread, so far I have used it to fix buttons onto trousers that get used roughly and also re-inforced the stitching on a camping bag.Great value for money!

Very strong thread that I used to repair the grass box on a ride on mower.

The spool is tiny - like a few 1p coins stacked up!Haven't tested the strength of the thread yet...
