A good lunch box for someone who is on a diet.
Bought this considering I will make use of the microwave feature of the container. But turned out the quantity of food it can contain is low for me. Be mindful that if you are an average rice consumer, this might feel inadequate quantity an it might need to be accompanied by another box to meet the meal requirement.I would suggest going for the larger size container from Amazon basics. Apart from the volume, I didn't find any downside of this.As I didn't use it, I can't comment on the leakproof feature.I bought 3 container and a tumbler pack from Milton after returning this and I am pretty satisfied with that one.If you are on a diet and would need two compartment lunch box of about 540ml that can be reheated in a microwave oven, this might fit just right for you.

The middle edge rubber lid is bent towards one side which does not make it to keep items separate in the two compartments, the gets mixed
