This is a really nice gift/care package assortment assortment of snack size nuts, snack bars, and granola bars. I'm a little hesitant to call all of it healthy since the granola bars are full of sugar, but is all still a better option than candy for those looking to avoid excessive sweets.When looking at a gift-focused product like this, the key is not volume or getting a bargain. For example, while the fig and granola bars are full size, the Kind bars are bite size. And, yes, you could buy the items and make a similar assortment cheaper, but the key here is packaging, convenience, and making sure the items that you recipient gets are fresh. And in that respect, this gift delivers. The collection comes in a nice drawstring gift bag, with an approx. 50/50 split between bags of nuts and snack bars; there's enough assortment to keep it interesting. (Note: some items are missing in my photo - we were hungry for a snack when it arrived so sue us. LOL) And everything we received here has 4-8 months remaining on the Sell By date, so it is all fresh.I am knocking one star off of the review, however, since our gift bag only arrived with 28 items enclosed. While not really a deal breaker for me with this kind of gift - the recipient wouldn't know since the number is not mentioned anywhere on the received package - it may be important to others so noting accordingly.
