I've been on a weight loss journey for the past few months, and read some promising studies about berberine as supplement that might help. I've been taking it now for about 2 months. Obviously difficult to know whether a supplement is directly helping or not, but it seemed to have helped me push past a plateau, so I'm continuing to take it. I ordered this last month when my previous bottle ran out. I'm primarily using it for the berberine, but the other ingredients in this offering are a nice bonus, too. The bottle arrived well packaged and well sealed. Seems to be of high quality -- no odd smells or broken capsules. I take one pill three times per day, as that aligns with the dosage and protocol I saw online. Obviously, your mileage may vary, and certainly consult your doctor regarding any new supplements or weight loss approach you're taking, but it's been working really well for me. Overall, I'm happy with this supplement, this specific brand of the supplement, and the price!

will know if this is actually working when i retake my blood work in a couple of weeks. i had elevated levels and berberine/milk thistle was recommended.

Ok for milk thistle benefits but not much else

Three pills is 1200mg. That's too much for me and I'll stick with one pill a day. That's a little low but I've got a 200mg supplement with some other vitamins I'll fill in with. This is pretty good but I recommend researching the dosage level. 1200mg is a lot.

Wow, what a deal, two powerhouses in one capsule. Milk Thistle for liver support and Berberine for glucose control. I space these out through the day and have had no stomach upset, thankfully. I do see a difference in my blood glucose spikes since I've been taking this. I'm very pleased with this supplement. A+
