Purchased a pack of 2 cartridges. Started using the second cartridge after 1 yearThe cartridge printed very pale and colours other than black were not almost seen. Contacted the seller.First, the seller sent links to videos on how possibly to rectify the issue.After the suggested actions had not helped the seller sent me a replacement.

didnt work.
The toner went into the unit it it was a bit loose and had a lot of play. Printer saw thw toner but when printing the paper jammed. Tried the 2nd toner as i thought the 1st might have been duff but the same problemTried the original that had fading print and that went through OK so the units supplied were to blame.They looked quite similar but there were a few differences between the new and the old....Now sending back.

Different to picture 2 lugs missing
This is not compatible with HP 1536 dnf Mfp... there are 2 lugs missing from the cartridge which means it does not fit correctly.
