Keep hold of reset button until it flashe's. Then press the button opposite until you get what you want and then change it with top button. Then stop it flashing with reset button.

Q: How luminous are the hands?

Not very luminous, I got mine for in the pool on holiday.

Q: Can you get replacement straps fir the skmei 1155 watch?

I would assume so but you would have to ask the supplier
