Great customer service
I bought this cover once and it worked perfectly and they had an excellent customer service so when it broke after my phone fell, I decided to buy another 2 because the phone screen didn't have any impact. The result for the new 2 were completely dissapointed. One was ok for 1 week and then, a line appeared. I put the other one, and, with a minimum impact from a distance of less than 10 cm, it broke.Update: The seller contacted me. They were aware of the issues. They sent me the replacements without cost and I have to say that the quality is the same that the first I bought. That means excellent.Thanks!

Not really compatible with curved phones
when you put on your phone you really cant put a phone cover on cause it will lift up the screen protector up.the phone cover they recommend is to flimsy that if you drop your phone it really dose not protect your phone .i had this on and dropped my phone and it did not protect it screen protector flew off and guess what screen cracked.would i buy again no . i don't recommend this .

Insufficient adhesion
You do not want to get this protector. It does not work properly because the adhesive is only around the thin silver border and not on the entire glass surface. It will peel off on you in no time. Mine only lasted a few hours before I had to take it off because the touch screen response of the phone was beginning to be affected due to the protector lifting. It will not work with well with a case protector as that will also cause it to lift up.

i prefer the black one
this screen protector has protected my screen for some time, but was disappointed to find out it was only in the gray color. i hope you all have the black ones soon and hope you can let me know too .........

It's incredible!
At first I wanted to send it back because the silver color was different from the metallic silver I had in mind. Now, I am glad that I didn't do so. When I came out from elevator, my cell phone dropped and fell to the concrete floor, and the screen turned down. I thought it was going to be broken. To my surprise, the screen protector was very broken, but my cell phone screen was intact. Incredible! I checked several times. Really intact! thank you very much!

Had to replace it after 2 days.
Not my first time applying screen protectors. This one was replacing a static cling protector that no longer stick. The tape on this didn't last 2 days. it bulges out, getting dirt inside, and become unable in just after 2 days.

It works!
This has been a lifesaver.. shortly after putting it on, I dropped my phone (thank you back spasm!) And it cracked the screen saver.. but guess what?! My screen was saved.. go figure. Will buy again. You know. Because I cracked the first one... haha

The tempered glass is the only part of this product that is nice- it does not adhere to your phone screen at all. It only has slightly sticky top and bottom edges that is supposedly how it attaches to your phone/screen. It doesn't even touch your screen making the touch screen basically useless unless you enjoy beating your phone to get it to sense the touch.
