I tested the memory card using a utility called h2testw and it could only verify 7GB of it, which is pretty scary for a 256GB card. I will test one more time to make sure but if it fails again then I will return the item.

This item is not as advertised. The card I received is only 40GB. Where is the Other 216GB? When writing an image to it, it fails to verify and tells me the Disk is Corrupt. Tried it a second time with another program and got similar results.Don't waste your money on this one.The good, it does come with a Micro SD adapter

Total waste, this is a class 2 at best...tried it in several components and it actually slowed my devices...DO NOT BUY...it is not a Class 10 as advertised!!

Dont buy it. Absolutely baloney. It shows 256G but it was impossible to copy to it more them 20G. And after 2h of unsuccessful attempts it has finally died

i got this for the raspberry pi, i got it and it reads 256 gigs YAY a good card... no it only READS 256 gigs in reality i have no idea how much room there is. i put retro pi on this thing and it takes almost 20 full min to boot thats 800% longer than normal then it gets to point where you config the controller brain farts takes another 20 min and if you can pass that 1/5 times it then corrupts and gets stuck requires a reflash and you start all over.. i did this 10+ timesif i use the 8 gig card that came with the pi i got ZERO problems works every time and thousands of times fasterlong story short you get less than what you pay for. this card CAN hold things and DOES have room on it however for anything that requires speed or reliability i suggest you look else where . i am a pc tech by trade so its not user error .i have also ran many test on the card it came with abundant bad sectors out of the box if you want to put pics data books or movies for a trip on this surebut sensitive needed or reliable data id say NO. it will not work for PI at all so dont bother, it will also not work for ps vita, psp it will worth for Nintendo switch or such things where all you have on the card is save data no actual game data, that said i wouldnt trust it to keep such data as it may brain fart and delete it all randomlylong and short of itcard does function but at about 1/15th the advertised ratecard comes with 2-4 x the normal amount of bad damaged or corrupted sectors (some are normal lots is not )card size reads at max size even if it only has less actual spacecard corrupts data randomly so is totally junk for things like pvp/pi/important infoit is good for things like picture movies books or just back up short term things or stuff you have a 2ndary back up of.such as if u take the kids on a trip and wanna load 10 or so movies on it that does not matter if they get deleted or notit is NOT water proof shock proof or anything proof really so that's a down right bogus claim.im returning my'n i'll spend the extra money and get a scandisk

This 256GB micro sd card works on the laptop. The card can be formatted to NTFS or exFAT file system. There is no FAT32 file system option on this card. The micro sd card adapter was faulty. I used the 256GB micro sd card in the provided micro sd card adapter, inserted it into the laptop sd card slot, and the laptop did not recognize the sd card. I used a working 32GB micro sd card in the same adapter, the laptop did not recognize the sd card.I used the 256GB micro sd card in a working sd card adapter and a USB adapter and the laptop recognized the micro sd card from both adapters. The 256GB micro card in the working sd card adapter was formatted to exFAT and NTFS, I was able to transfer and delete files from the 256GB micro sd card on the laptop. But this 256GB micro sd card did not work in the 4k underwater video camera. The camera accepted a working 32GB micro sd card and displayed 32.1GB and the TF card icon was lit on the screen. The 256GB micro sd card in the 4k video camera displayed a 0.0GB on the screen and the TF card icon was not lit. The 4k video camera did not recognize the 256GB micro sd card, and did not format it. This card cannot work with this video camera type.

Card went dead after a week or so. Cheap storage media cards are cheap for a reason. Buy branded ones at high storage capacity -- more expensive = reliable and with warranty.

Unfortunately I didn't use this item as soon as I received it because if I did I would have returned it. This is a piece of crap item do not buy. Because I didn't notice that it is made in China and it caused me to lose 4000 files from my phone. It moved everything over well at least I thought I did but when I went to go open them up several of my picture folders are not there I lost all of my music files and some of the pictures are showing that they're there but they are locked out photos now and I'm taking my phone to three different places to see if they can fix it and find my files but unsuccessful.
