Love these - Heats, Cools, Soothes
I keep a pack of these around all the time now. Every so often my feet will achy something fierce. Whether its from a tough workout, a too long hike, life just being a jerk, I throw these on at the end of the day while I'm doom scrolling before bed and its so soothing. It takes the big bulk of the ache away and feels super soothing and refreshing.

Sweet Relief in a Bootie
Finally, a decent product that saves the time and effort of a foot soak! When my feet are aching, I grab a packet, slide my feet into the booties, and relax with my feet up instead of flat in a soak. The booties little sticky flaps are not anywhere near as secure as Fort Knox, but I’m forgiving on that as I’m not trying out a tap dance routine or have the desire run a marathon in them. The feeling of heat takes a bit, like about the time I think they may not heat up is about when the warmth starts up. I think one’s ability to withstand the feeling depends on how sensitive your skin is. If you think Icy Hot is a bit too hot, you probably will not be a fan. I find the sensation to be like a minty throat lozenge for my feet, which fits with the ingredient list. While there’s a bit of relief immediately after use, I really notice it the next day. Love this product! Note: If you are allergic to lavender, you may have issues with this product.

Mostly worked
Definitely softened my feet but wouldn’t use if you have even the slightest crack. Opened them up and burned, bled and hurt for days.

Powerful
These are not for the faint of heart! The first time I wore them, I only lasted about 15 minutes before the burning was too strong, and even after rinsing my feet off I could still feel it. The second time I tried them was after a double shift, and while I definitely felt the burn, I was able to keep them on for the full 30 minutes and absolutely noticed relief for my poor feet. Price wise they're too expensive for constant use, but for once in a blue moon (long work shifts, theme park visits) these work great!

Saved feet in Disney
I went to Disney 6 months pregnant and these saved my feet. I wore them elevated every night and by the next day my feet were great! They do get very warm and can be slightly uncomfortable but saved my feet

My honest thoughts
I'm using these right now as I type on day #2 of San Diego Comic Con, and I've got thoughts. Number one, for those who are saying it's too hot or feels like a burning sensation, they're absolutely right. However, it's not an unpleasant feeling if you are used to using menthol or any menthol-based pain relievers. So in that sense, I really enjoyed using it. Number two, they HAVE to fix the stickers that keep the booties tight around your ankle. The stickiness is non-existent (this is with the backing removed like a normal sticker). Number three, I don't super love the creamy/sticky feeling that is left on my feet after using this product. Overall, I personally wouldn't purchase this again. I would honestly resort to getting a great menthol-based balm, massage that on my own feet, and follow that up with some fluffy socks before bedtime.

Amazing product
These are fantastic. Was shocked that they actually heat up. Love how they help my achy feet without having to get a tub of water.

CAUTION! Be Careful
I really wanted to like this product, but should have read reviews first. Ah the luster of Amazon Prime Day. The price was really a scream, and I jumped in by purchasing several packs, so that I could enjoy after bowling every week. Now, several packs are being returned. When I put the very large aluminum booties on (I was asked if they included a tin hat!) I tried to secure the ankle as the directions stated, but the adhesive would not keep the booties closed tightly. No problem, just sit back and relax, waiting for the warmth…that never came. 30 minutes with these boots on and nothing happened - or so I thought when I took them off and threw them out.My feet were cleaned and dried before slipping in, and again, cleaned the remaining lotion off when the boots were taken off. In fact, due to family history or complications from diabetic foot issues, I’m extremely careful about my feet and to pay close attention to them. A couple of hours later, I noticed these 2 small blisters that appeared out of nowhere! No bueno.I’m genuinely surprised that a Dr. Scholl’s product has failed this way. I tried for less than 1 star, but couldn’t and just wanted to be an additional warning to anyone thinking about this product.
