I'm always skeptical about buying online because u rarely get what u were expecting but this mattress topper is awesome. Bought it for a bed that you supposedly don't need a box spring for. It would make my back hurt so bad. This mattress topper was exactly what I needed! It had a slight chemical smell but I let it sit out like the instructions said for a few days before putting it on the bed and it was fine. It's breathable and poofs back up quickly. It's very comfortable and durable and fits my bed very well but most of all it relieved my back pain.

This has made my bed so comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a good quality mattress topper. It fits my bed perfect and my bed is queen size. it doesn't weigh much one person can easily install it by themselves.It has really helped my back and my hips. I would definitely buy this mattress topper again.

Much thicker in person and has an odd smell. 10/10 for comfort. One thing to note is you will need a 24inch sheet to cover this and I recommend you put it under your mattress protector so the blue doesn't shine through the sheet

I love this thing, it upgraded my bed in so many ways, I enjoy how it feels like I am getting a nice hug whenever I lay down. didn't take long for it to completely expand either. Product was as described and definitely worth the buy if you are needing to update your bed without having to buy a brand new one.

I bought the 3 inch and am impressed with the quality. It is med/firm, giving me lots of comfort. I have a lower back problem and this enables me to sleep better, relieving pain. The queen size is true to size. Only had this a month so far, so don't know about durability yet. The density is better than average.

Great topper. Super comfortable. I was surprised that the odor wasn’t that bad when I took it out of the plastic.

I have an older mattress which needed to be replaced but I didn't have the funds. I decided to find a mattress pad which would help me pad out the time for when I could get said new mattress. I purchased this pad as it was advertised as being cooling at night.The pad was in a small box which meant it was vacuum packed into a plastic bag. I opened the plastic bag and the foam pad was soon at full size. I placed it on the mattress and it fit quite well.The pad itself was soft enough and did the trick at first. The one thing I noticed was how hot my body felt after laying on the pad during the night. I sweat a lot more than usual as well. I wonder what they meant by cooling gel as I did not feel any sort of coolness during the night.The other part is the pad does crack and split when it is moved. Also, I have a cat who uses it as a scratching pad as well. She doesn't like to lay on it for some reason but does like to sharpen her claws on it. Go figure, she's a cat.Bottom line: I was hoping this would help me but it ended up being more of a hindrance instead. It might be better used as a temporary place for someone to spend the night. It also might work better during colder nights as it does seem to retain body heat (at least for me). In the meantime, I will buy a new mattress and get a regular mattress pad for it.Not recommended unless for temporary usage.Update: The seller contacted and offered a full refund for the mattress. They did state most of us are different and some may react differently to the mattress. It is good they not only stand by their product but do their best to resolve any issue which may include refunds.
