So far so good

I am Italian-American with a lot of hair. However, my hair strands are thin and wavy/frizzy which gives the appearance of damaged hair. This is why I always wore a headband and bun every day. Sometimes my head would hurt with my hair pulled back so tight all the time. I don’t like to spend a lot of time and money on my hair because I have more important things to do. I cut and color my hair myself. I thought I’d give this straightener a try, and I am very happy with the results! I didn’t put any product on my hair. I separated it into sections then used the straightener. After one sweep per small section around my head I got straight, shiny hair. I was in shock and so was my husband. It looks like I got my hair done at an expensive salon. I slept with my straight hair and it still looks nice the next day. In the future, I’ll use some heat protection product before straightening so I don’t damage my hair. Anyway, I highly recommend this product!

This is a great flat iron. I was not expecting it to be so nice because it was under $20. It has a good quality feel to it. The barrel is nicely rounded, so it curls very well. I would prefer a digital heat setting, but the three options on this work just fine. The only downside is the power button is on the outside and I accidentally turn it off while using it.

I think this hair straightener would be a good gift for a younger teenager who’s just starting out on learning how to do her hair I’ve had a lot of straighteners before and I wouldn’t say this one is the best. It is very late weight and small enough to store in a bag to travel. But it only has three preset settings for the temperature. The highest goes up to 330° I normally use 340° on my hair because my hair is so thick this hair straightener does not do the best job at straightening my hair because it’s so long and thick, but I could see it being good for someone with less thick of hair than I do.

I like the size, it fits my hand.

Power didn’t go on when plugged. Please note this is not dual voltage. I was planning to take to Europe.

This gets hot enough an works as well as my old one.
