This supplement has 400 mg L-Carnitine, 100mg Vitamin C, 105 IU Vitamin E, 1mg Folic Acid, 50mcg vitamin b12, 35mg Zinc, 80 mcg selenium, 30 MG coenzyme q10 (an antioxidant). It's quite a lineup of supplemental vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. This seems to be marketed as a sperm motility supplement but from what I can tell from researching the ingredients it is simply a great supplement to take daily for overall health. Each ingredient has its own set of benefits. L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring chemical in the human body that helps turn fat into energy. Vitamin C we all know. It helps maintain cell health, healthy skin, faster healing, etc. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect from free radicals. Folic Acid helps the body produce red blood cells and DNA. Vitamin B12 helps with red blood cells and nerve cells. Zinc helps boost immune system, wound healing, blood clotting, thyroid function, and the senses of taste and smell. Selenium is a mineral that helps boost immune function, hair and nail health, and supports a healthy thyroid. And finally coenzyme Q10 is another antioxidant which will protect from free radicals and increase energy production in cells. As you can see the benefits from supplementing ones diet with something like this are numerous. It comes it the form of oval shaped pills that are swallowed whole. There's no bad taste as they seem to be coated, which is great. I've been using this supplement for about a week now, and I've noticed a definite increase in my energy levels. I did also lose 1 lb but that could be attributed to normal ebb and flow of daily weight. Either way, I really like the lineup of nutrients on this supplement and plan on taking it every day.

A 90 tablet (3 month supply) of a nicely curated supplement, designed to be taken by men. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. The bottle indicates they are immediate release, which means its ingredients will get into your system sooner than later. That is always a good thing. They contain a large assortment of vitamins / minerals /supplements that are designed for men's health. In fact, the bottle states it should only be taken by men. I really could not figure out why, but that is what the bottle states. If for nothing else, the addition of vitamin B12 will give an energy boost.

I got these because I liked the combination of useful vitamins these contain. I take so many vitamins and supplements that if I can combine a few of them into one pill, it's a good thing. I can't speak to the wonders they will do for my sperm, but I'm sure whatever is healthy for my body will be healthy for them. The pills are medium in size and easy to swallow. No bad effects so far. Seem to be a good value, too. Just do your homework and see what the optimum levels are for your bodyweight for these vitamins so you are taking the correct amount.

No change noticed... Shipped quickly in a well-padded envelope. This was something I had high hopes for, especially in increasing volume. I'm sure the CoQ10 helped with my heart health, but really there was nothing noticeable that happened. Dosage was extremely simple with only one single pill VS some others that have you take two or three, and there was no bad aftertaste, so there's that. Perhaps if I took it longer than one month i would notice something but at this point I can neither recommend nor say avoid this product. Perhaps your own outcome may vary from mine. However, at 50 bucks a bottle, I can imaging there are more competitively priced products out there.

This product will help you become more load-bearing, like a nice kitchen wall. It is easy to swallow and should make your little swimmers break on through to the other side. There is no bad aftertaste with these things and they'll help you slip your shot through the goalie. It's too early for me to know the results of this yet, but I'll update.

I honestly cannot say whether this product actually does anything because I just can't keep it down. Some supplements upset my stomach but they stay down. This one does not. I do have a sensitive stomach and you may find it a great supplement that is exactly what you are looking for, just not for me.
