Nice size for a couple of cups and keeps the coffee fairly warm - looks good and seems sturdy. robust quality.

Really impressed with this. Feels solid and well made, and it keeps the coffee hot for longer than expected. Easy to use and clean, and makes a consistently good cup.

This is a brilliant product, it's heavyweight, it's durable, it doesn't spill anywhere like the glass French presses. The handle is very comfortable to hold. It's ease of use is brilliant. Very much value for money, it holds temperature well too. HOWEVER I wanted what was on the picture. A fully plain black French press. This unfortunately is false advertising. Until the product picture is updated my review will stay as a 1 star review. This kind of marketing is poor and reflects badly on a great product. I am overlooking the engraved arrow and logo for the fact that the actual items quality is good but I was going to use it as a prop for blog photography, now I am unable to do so as the engraving are simply ugly and distracting. It would be nice to have customer service get back to me regarding this. I will update my review if they ever do.

I brewed a full pot, and the coffee stayed hot for a good 45 minutes without any external heating. The 3-layered stainless steel filter system is another standout feature. It presses smoothly and traps the grounds neatly at the bottom without letting fine grit escape into the brew — something cheaper models often struggle with. The plunger mechanism is sturdy, with a tight seal that makes it easy to brew a clean cup every time. Brewing with it is simple: add your ground coffee, pour hot water, let it steep for 4–5 minutes, press down the plunger slowly, and you're done. The resulting coffee is rich, full-bodied, and properly hot. The taste is clean and smooth, without any of the bitterness that can come from over-extraction in electric machines. Cleaning is a breeze too. The parts come apart easily for a thorough rinse, and since it’s stainless steel, there’s no risk of cracking or staining like you get with glass models. Another bonus: it's dishwasher safe. I usually give it a quick rinse after each use and a deeper clean in the dishwasher at the weekend. If I had to point out a very minor downside, the polished handle can be a bit slippery if your hands are wet — but it’s easy enough to work around by drying your hand quickly. I'm really happy with the KICHLY Stainless Steel French Press. A lovely design, although I would say the colour is a greener shade of blue than shown in the picture - but I was OK with that. It also comes with a spare mesh. I can't really comment on the coffee cup capacity, as I use it for making loose leaf tea - it does a better job than any tea strainer - it does 2 large mugs easily. There is an arrow on the top to line up with the spout when pouring and the only slight downside is that the opening is very small. Update to review: I don’t put this in the dishwasher very often, even though it is supposedly dishwasher proof, but the paint is peeling off in chunks. It doesn’t affect performance and underneath looks like a very nice satin finish. It will be fine once all the paint is gone, but it looks terrible now.

This is a lovely little cafetiere - the pictures don't really do it justice . Very pleased with my purchase. Keeps the coffee hot, easy to clean and generally looks good in my kitchen. It comes well packaged, and with a spare mesh filter. Highly recommended.

I've used glass French Press's before such as those from Ikea and two of them broke in the dishwasher. I don't trust glass anymore. I got this one and for the past few months it feels really solid and I expect it will last a very long time. It is double-wall stainless steel, so it keeps the coffee warm (or you could say, for the steeping process, it keeps the mixture at a more consistent temperature, for those of you who are very particular about steeping temperature and have a temperature controlled kettle). It cleans really easily as well including in the dishwasher. I am thinking of getting a second one of these and I highly recommend it. I feel as though this is a professional quality French Press, particularly for those who want repeatable performance, ease and durability.
