This is a really good quality product.I was impressed with the packaging and the organization of all the pieces, which made it very easy to follow the directions and assemble.You may need two people for some of the assembly. The tools for assembly are included.This is a beautiful and sturdy bed.The pull out bed can be attached to the day bed to make a queen size bed, the brackets for that are included.

Bought this frame for my daughter and she was able to put it together before I could even get home. Gives her the room she needs in her room while still providing comfort and extra bed for guests. Strong material and easy instructions to follow. Easy to move around the room if need be. Definitely worth the money spent.

It’s a nice bed frame. Good quality. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions (my under 10 kids were able to help). I gave it 4 stars because it has some slight movement once assembled. Definitely follow the instructions not to do final bolt tightening until fully assembled. I did not install the LED lights. But like the built in USB port for charging our overlord (de)vices.

I purchased this bed in February (2024) and had it in storage for a few months before moving it into our new home in April of this year (2024). I got assembled perfectly, it is beautiful and exactly what we needed. It is now November (2024) and I had an issue where a weld broke causing the top bed to be unusable, I disassembled that part and have the mattresses double stacked on the trundle for now, but I messaged customer service yesterday to report the issue and see if there was anything that could be done, I provided details and pictures of what happened and asked if they could replace the damaged part, not only did they agree to replace the damaged part but because they didn’t have just that part in stock they offered to send a completely new bed in order to fix this issue. The customer care is absolutely top tier and I would definitely order from this seller again.

I needed a bed for my guest room… but sometimes I needed twins and sometimes at least a full, depending on the guests who were coming to stay. This bed is the best of both worlds as it easily changes from a singe twin with the trundle tucked underneath to two twins, to a king with just a bit of rolling the trundle around! The wheels make it easy to move. It looks great in my room, is sturdy, and a good value for the money.

This bed was easy to assemble with very well written instructions. The customer service is excellent. One piece of the bed was bent so I needed a replacement. It was easy to figure out how to get in touch with the company and they responded quickly. I had the part with a few days from the time I emailed them about it. Would definitely buy from this company again.
