So this works, and sitting in front of it is like sitting in front of a fridge. Win. Noise wise, it's not quiet, but it's a white sort of noise. I would struggle to work next to it, but can watch TV over it in the room and probably would be able to sleep with it on the same way you would a hoover/fan if it was consistent enough.The major negative is how the hot air leaves. The window fitting is not made for UK house windows, it looks like it's made for a lift up type of window, so it's a clunky fit, see picture, the tube itself is cheap thin plastic and doesn't go very far, it's also a pain to get into place without the other end dropping out. The tube to take the air away gets really hot and so does the machine, and with the window not being a smooth fit it's not ideal, so as for cooling down an actual room rather than me sat in front of it, I'm not sure this is the case. That being said, you want something to sit near and cool you down better than a fan or air cooler, then this is a fair bet.

The media could not be loaded. I tried couple of other Aircon before this. This is the best one so far. Great price and very good. Not super loud. Very cheap to run. Fast delivery. If you're looking for affordable and reliable Aircon you can buy this. I hope it stays this way.

The media could not be loaded. Its doing a job, but its very noisy. What more important if you considering buy this one you need to know they only include window kit for slide windows not for normal opening ones so you will need buy separate window seal kit if you got windows as most people in uk not got slide ones so its extra money you need spent other way its not gonna work as hot air its gonna go in by window without correct window seal kit. Its got 2 speeds and cooling good but its very noisy for me its hard to watch tv in my living room. Considering sending back if i not use too to this noise and buy more quiet one.

Does what it says on the tin. I can control it from anywhere in the world thanks to the app I installed on my phone. Not too loud - just like a very powerful fan really. A bit uncomfortable to drain but I don’t use the “dry” setting much - I stick to “cold” so I rarely have to empty the tank. The air comes out cold, I use it to cool down my one bedroom flat and it works like a charm! Make sure you seal the window well, close all the other windows and pull the blinds down to create shade, as it will help the aircon instead of working against it. It also looks compact and sleek - I would definitely recommend!

Yes it made the room cool but it also sounded like a rocket ship taking off. I could not handle the noise. Sent it back in the end for a refund

Good size machine and works upstairs for average 3 bed house. However big problem when in air conditioning mode it rattles on and off even in sleep mode too. You can't sleep with inconsistent noise.
