Q: I have tried this in 2 nights now and both nights i wake up with it in on my pillow, im putting it on 30 mins before, do you have to sleep certain way

I remember this happening when I first started using the guard. I think you just need to stick with it and you eventually get used to it. I move between sleeping on my side or my back and don't do anything special to keep it in. It made a huge difference for me so it's worth persevering.

Q: Do these stay on your teeth ? Are they snug or loose?

It stays in your mouth very well. It doesn't fit around your teeth like other types of mouth guard, which I usually end up spitting out in my sleep, but sits in your bite and feels very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Q: Do you have to clench to keep this in? As I’m a chronic clencher

You don't need to clench to keep it in before you fall asleep. I use it because I sometimes clench while I'm sleeping and this stops the pain it causes in my jaw and ear.
