Okay depending on your needs
If you are looking for something very sheer and lightweight this will fit the bill. It is good as a light sleep cap or for under hats. However, a cancer patient with hair loss might prefer something that really does come down to cover the tops of the ears. While it looks like this does, it does not. Not bad, but not worth the price paid.

This cap is wonderful!
I ordered the heather blue cap, and it is exactly what I expected and needed. I had to shave my head to better treat my severe scalp psoriasis, and needed something to keep my head warm while sleeping. This cap is soft, stretchy, and stays put while not being too tight or giving me headaches. It seems to be made from a lightweight tissue jersey knit fabric which is very comfortable.It covers my whole head, including my ears except for the very bottom of the lobes. I am sure that if I stretched it, I could get them covered too. I have an average sized head (for a female) at 21 and 3/4 inches from hairline to nape (measured over the ears.I think this cap would also be great to use when working out at the gym as it would catch sweat, but not be too heavy or hot.I will either order again or make a pattern from this one to sew my own. It would be super simple to do.All in all, I highly recommended this cap in the heather blue.

Very Soft Chemo hat
it is a very very soft chemo hat ...I love it but it is small for my head (26 inch for me) when i washed it I will buy more and hope it will stretch back (I used cold water and air dried)

This product covered her entire head like hair would
This cap fits as expected. It is soft inside.I bought it for a cancer patient that wanted to wear a straw hat to a hot summer event without a wig. This product covered her entire head like hair would. No bald spots were visible. It stayed in place. The patient felt confident because the fit was good and she was not worried about it moving on her head while she had her straw hat on.

Protects my hair
I don't have cancer hair loss, just some thinning hair. I bought this as a sleeping cap to protect my hair from rubbing off on the pillow as I slept. It is very soft and comfortable and I love wearing. It makes me feel cozy and I sleep better and to does protect my hair.

Didn't work for me
It slips off my head when I try to use it as sleeping cap. I wish it were a little larger.I won't order another one. I do have a larger average size head (22"), so maybe if you head runs on the smaller side of average it might work for you.
