The company printed lies.
I disliked everything about this product and the company. In their advertisement, they said the cones are soaked for at least 48 hours when ordered. The cones have no scent. There was no ebook sent with the order. And these are not Backflow cones. They are not the color that is shown. The entire product is a lye, and a RIP OFF. BLESS SHOULD BE ASHAMED, and Amazon should bar them for their selling techniques. It's false advertising at it's very best. They lied all the way through it's entire advertising page.

I burned one of these cones and it made my home smell disgusting, so I returned it and it was an easy process. This product is truly a "get what you pay for" product, so save your money.

Worked Great - Smell, meh
Cone itself is great - great packaging, all cones we perfect - love the little plate it comes with, just the lavender scent is not what I expected. Made me personally gag. I ended up putting the cone out in water.
