The company printed lies.
I disliked everything about this product and the company. In their advertisement, they said the cones are soaked for at least 48 hours when ordered. The cones have no scent. There was no ebook sent with the order. And these are not Backflow cones. They are not the color that is shown. The entire product is a lye, and a RIP OFF. BLESS SHOULD BE ASHAMED, and Amazon should bar them for their selling techniques. It's false advertising at it's very best. They lied all the way through it's entire advertising page.

Not much scent
The usual incense I've been buying for years (HEM Brand) and love was unavailable so I tried this one, It comes in a very nice plastic box but it barely gives off any lavender scent either unlit or while burning. It's more of just a generic incense smell and it also burns down very quickly. I will use this up fast and look for my regular brand.

I burned one of these cones and it made my home smell disgusting, so I returned it and it was an easy process. This product is truly a "get what you pay for" product, so save your money.

Good quality, natural did not irritate
Good quality nice packing arrived on time I order these often as not chemical and burn well 👍 I sneeze with the chemical ones I have hay fever, fragrance lasts so only need to burn one cone a day

Does not make the room smell like lavender!
If you hold the cones to your nose there is very little lavender odor. When it is lit, it smells like something is burning but no lavender smell!
