Great idea, poor execution
The start of my relationship with my Yoggie Pico Pro was flawless; it installed without errors, ran silently without my knowledge, and was there every time I needed it to be there. Unfortunately that is where the fairy tale ended.I have a Vista Home edition, and the Pico Pro shipped with an XP version of Kaspersky, having emailed the support to Pico I have yet to receive a reply to increase the version supplied to cover the Vista OS. Not only this, each time I place my laptop into a sleep state i.e. close my laptop lid and leave it over night, the Pico Pro goes into a semi-on state, and the USB doesn't recognise it's there. Pico's answer to this was to unplug the Pico each time you place the laptop in to a sleep state....Mmmm, not happy.Ok, so now instead of sleeping my machine, I now shut my machine down every night and thus solve the problem. But another bug that creeps up is the inability of the Pico to update whilst the internet / network traffic is idle. This can add minutes waiting for the Pico to update, and the standard "Please wait whilst your Pico Pro updates itself"...Mmmm, even more unhappy.Well I do persevere, and the only reason why this pc in a thimble hasn't scored a Zero, is because my machine is running allot faster, no more warnings from flabby antivirus / security TSR solutions sat in my tray, and I can surf without worry - well, just a bit of worry.I now would like to know what Pico, updates, sleeps, and shut-downs are all doing for the next version release of the Pico Pro...over to you Pico.

Oh Dear
I was looking forward to getting this product but when I tried to use it I was very disappointed. I am running Windows XP with service pack 2. When I plugged the Yoggie into the USB as per the instructions, the computer did not seem to be aware that I had plugged anything in. I had to remove the Yoggie and re-plug it in a couple of times before it was recognised. The same thing happens when I turn on the computer in the morning, it does not always recognise the Yoggie's presence. This package also comes with a version of Kaspersky Anti Virus. I followed the instructions to instal the product, but it gave me an error message every time I tried to run an update. I got fed up with the product and tried to uninstall it, but it wouldn't allow me to do that. The computer then started crashing and giving me strange error messages. After a frustrating couple of days trying to resolve the problems I was forced to use my computer's recovery discs to reset the machine.A complete waste of time and money, thanks for that Yoggie.
