This is a remarkable formula. It has helped my arthritic knee so much, that my knee feels better today than anytime in the past ten years. I don't know where I would be without Joint Vitality. These days, I only use a small maintenance dose to help keep my knee (and other joints) feeling strong and limber. One great thing about the DAO Labs formulation is that it tastes great in a morning cup of coffee which helps me stay consistent and not skip doses.

I can see the appeal, so much so I almost give it 5 stars, but went with 4. There is a lot to like here, you get a little protein (6g) a little collagen (5g) and their proprietary joint blend (which is a combination of herbs).This is pretty much unsweetened (just a tiny bit) so don’t expect that from it. I prefer it this way. It has a strong cinnamon and earthy flavor. It’s enjoyable.Basic pros:- mixes super easily- good mix of ingredientsThe reason I almost give it 5 stars is that it seems to be helping with my wrist pain. I’m not 100% sure yet cause I’ve been hesitant to fully try it (and it still hurts sometimes) but overall it seems better than before I started taking it, which seems like a small miracle.However the value proposition at just 15 servings gives me pause on going with a full 5 stars. But consider this a 4.5 star review 9/10.Recommended!

This product has helped to ease my stiff old limbs. I’m a 70 + woman. I’m in relatively good health,take very few medications and am not over weight. I like to be active and walk almost daily. But I do have some arthritis which cause stiffness and pain. DAO has managed to make the stiffness in particular less painful. So I’m on the move again! Thanks DAO Labs. And by the way this products has a pleasant taste especially if heated!

This product has changed my morning routine! I add it daily to my morning coffee and have noticed a difference physically with reduced muscle aches and pains! Not only does it taste delicious but it also is the only powder formula I have found that fully dissolves and you would never even know it was a powder to begin with, unlike many others I have tried. Highly recommend!

This is nice to add to coffee... It is decent on its own with hot water as its flavor is like cinnamon hot chocolate. It does have a lil aftertaste.Also has a herb flavor and smell to it. My wife and I play lots of pickleball and any help with joints is welcome. On this front we will continue taking as we have found it to be beneficial for us....

Since taking joint vitality, my hands are more flexible. It makes gardening enjoyable again.

TASTE AND SMELL:Definitely has a very strong herbal scent and taste. Whether it tastes good or bad is very subjective. A friend said she likes to mix it with hot water and drink it like tea, whereas I can’t stand the taste and have to mix it with hot cocoa or coffee. I prefer hot cocoa because it masks the herbal taste better.CONSISTENCY:The powder can be mixed with cold water or beverages. It will not clump when mixed thoroughly, but doesn’t really dissolve all that well. I think it’s better to mix it with hot beverages.REASON FOR RATING:I’ve only been taking it for a few days and even though I’m not always able to drink it twice a day, it seems to be helping with the pain and movement of my knees and fingers. I will provide an update once I finish the entire container.
