My fitness instructor recommend this as I was trying it out at the gym. The vibration is really good, the roller is soft, as I can use it for a full body massage. I been using this everyday and the massage been really excellent without the help from anyone. It also comes with a travel bag, so that it can be used anywhere, at anytime. Fully recommend.

It’s too hard and awkward to be useful as a roller. It’s difficult to get in the right spot because you can really roll on it. But if you lie on ground, it’s alright as a neck massager.The power LEDs seem to randomly turn on when the unit is turned off.
