I bought it for my new house and couldn't move. I kept it when I finally moved, installed it, and it didn't work. At first, I thought the oil was of poor quality, but I even tried the most expensive ones, and nothing. Finally, I gave up and threw it and my money away.

After routine regular maintenance I was having some issues with my machine. I contacted customer support and they were absolutely amazing and were able to sent me a new machine and it works perfectly. I highly recommend this product. The customer service on it alone is worth the purchase I love the app on the phone that you can change the amount of pause time and active time and it is so easy to use and fill.

The unit can be easily used via Bluetooth or manually, both are great options. I had questions on using the unit and wrote to the company. I received quick responses and very helpful information. This company is very responsive and the unit works great. Very easy to set up and use. After testing the original unit we ordered another to install in our 2nd HVAC unit. Very impressed with the support and service they provided in helping us get the units set up.

I got the package and It was already opened. Half of the oil scent leaked in the box. Horrible App and instruction. Cheap product selling at premium price.

I initially had an issue with the scent (wasn't strong enough). I spoke with the vendor and made some more adjustments to the working and pause section of the app and it is now working. The working is now set a longer duration while the pause has been lowered. The scent is present but not overpowering, which I love. Great customer service and product!
