Dear Custome,The purple lipstick is the same as pictures. It is pigmented and non stick cup after drying.

Can I wear a lip gloss over this?

I guess you could, I did not do this, but I suspect it would negate the 'lasting' effect.

Is this lipstick cruelty free?

Maybe, it printed crulty free on the packing box, anyway i like the lipstick because it stays on for HOURS, even after eating.
