Dead Island Riptide (PS3)

If you enjoyed Dead Island the you will almost definitely enjoy Riptide. It's not as big or long as the original but is just as much fun (assuming Zombie-bashing is your thing). There are lots of custom weapons to be made as in the first and ammo and guns are much more available in this game. The quests/missions are run in the same way as the first game i.e lots of "go here and get that for me" quests which will reward you with weapons and XP.It is very easy to connect with other players online in Riptide and we didn't encounter any game freezes in our run through.We did encounter a glitched trophy while collecting items. It is fairly easy to remedy if you check out the forums online but it may involve collecting all of the items again and that is why Riptide only gets 4 stars, because this game has been out long enough that it could have been patched. .

I brought DEAD ISLAND out of curiosity, and enjoy it so much I have played it a number of times with each character, so when I found out there was going to be another one I couldn't wait, It has lived up. The graphics were wonderfully done, Like everyone I've read reviews but end of the day only you can decide whither or not you want to play, what one person likes another dislikes.

Delivered exactly when stated and in perfect condition. The game itself I personally find so much fun, just killing zombies over and over again what's not to like? Can get very very repetitive but I overlooked it for sheer enjoyment of all the different weapons you can use & modify to slice and dice. If you have a few friends you can co-op the story and beat it together. Endless hours of fun.

i think its a bit harder than the first game which is a good thing. i dont know why people are having problems with this game. ive had no trouble with it what so ever. its pretty much the same as the first game although i was glad to finaly get out of that bloody jungle.resident evil makers could learn a thing or two from this game.i hope they bring out a third one.

Another zombie game that explores a different set (comparing it to TWD) but it goes along the lines of 'Dead island' the first game. Very cool graphics and we get to explode some walking corpses just fine. Would recommend.*

Great game. Loads of fun & as big if not bigger than the original game.
