Green Upcycled Furniture Paint in Chalky Finish - Bramwell 750ml

Smooth coverage, no strong smell and dried fast. Beautiful shade too.

Used this for doing a tv cabinet in the picture- also done the inside of the cupboards. Was a dark wood stain originally, sanded the top to bare wood with a small black and deckker mouse sander bought in the prime day sale for 11 pounds. Then lightly sanded the rest of the piece, such as doors etc but not to bare wood, just to remove any little bits stuck to it over the years and make a nice surface to paint over - note most of the deep, dark wood stain was still present. So one coat using a chalk paint brush, which is a round tip, natural hair brush - again, from amazon - quite a big size but it gets into grooves and corners well so that's the only brush you need - note just, wet it once before you use it. So one even coat and the old wood stain was covered and this lovely sage was now there and half a tin still left over for future projects! Handles from TK maxx. Then a light bees wax over the whole thing, once thr chalknpaint had tried properly ( couple of hours). The wax acts as a barrier and makes it wipe able to an extent. All in I think this project cost me £35 for the paint, brush, sander, wax and handles. Just used an old candle to wax the wooden runners on the drawers. Doesn't look too bad for my first upcycling project. Very good quality paint - worth the money and comes in the best colours. Very happy, would recommend and will try other colours. Wouldn't use any other brand now after this.

This was so easy to paint on and gave a nice finish. Dries really quickly..

Lovely paint to work with fantastic results

So easy to put on! I did two coats but probably could have gotten away with one! After painting my dresser with NO preparation other than washing it with some soapy water it went on like a breeze. It’s given my dresser a whole new lease of life! And I’ve got half a tin left

This paint is excellent value. With one can we did 2 full 6ft bookcases (2 coats, cheap PVC material), 2 cupboard doors (2 coats, wood), a frame, and one wall (1 coat was all that was needed!). It goes on nicely and has excellent pigment, for the bookcase we used grey primer first but for everything else we didn't bother because it didn't need it. We love the colour and the finish is very smooth with no brush strokes.

Konsistenz ist sehr cremig und man kann es super verarbeiten. Trocknet extrem schnell, ich war fast gestresst alles fertig zu bekommen. Habe im Wohnwagen die Schranktüren damit aufgehübscht. Farbe ist wie angegeben. Leider ist es nicht kratzfest. Bin schon mit dem Fingernagel dagegen gekommen und hab "Schaden" gemacht. Deshalb habe ich mich für die unteren Türen für Folie entschieden.

Farbe sieht genau wie auf dem Bild aus. Super leicht streichbar und sehr deckend. Hab ein schwarzes Möbelstück 2 mal ohne Grundierung gestrichen und dann mit Klarlack versiegelt. Sehr schönes Ergebnis. Auch die Verpackung war gut gewählt so dass nichts auslaufen konnte.

Goes on smoothly color is great I have this brand in multiple colors now it works great. One can I was able to do 3 coats on a dresser, file cabinet, desk and two nightstands. I also have another piece I did that is metal and it worked great on that piece as well just did a lite sanding before to help it stick.

J'ai repeint une ancienne commode en bois verni, un léger ponçage et deux couches de peinture. Très beau rendu ! Et agréable à appliquer
