Arrived damaged. Amazon gave a small/partial refund. Cat is not really interested as it's more smooth wood than scratching. Hid item away in an out of site room. Looks much better than most cat posts but not useful if damaged and the cats don't enjoy it. Would not recommend.

My cat uses the first and second level sort of. She tried to go up on the third level but I think she stopped because it was quite narrow. This is unfortunate because I primarily bought it for her when I get a dog she would have some where high to go to. She doesn't use the box with the hole cut out, I've tried to lure her by leaving treats but she's not into it.

Un produit de pas très bonne facture et pas très attractif pour nos amis à poils pas assez de griffoirs et trop petit si vous avez de gros chats car impossible pour eux de monter jusqu en haut et de s y coucher en fait pour eux juste les deux premiers étages sont utilisables le reste peu servir d étagère. 安いお値段ではないのに、不良品レベルが酷すぎます。まず必要なところに穴がなく、不要なところにはネジ穴がありました。さらに板が一枚違っているようで、一枚だけはみ出てしまっています。。この販売店は、輸入品に自社の儲けを乗っけて販売しているくせに、点検すらしていないようですね。。別の空中を散歩できるという商品は、アメリカのサイトで600０円程度で売っているのに、19000円で販売されています。それだけ乗っけているので、この商品も数万円乗っけていると思います。それで検品すらしていないのは如何なものかと。。。問い合わせをしようと思ったら、ただ今お電話をストップしています。と記載されているので、確信犯なのでは？と思いますし、みなさんこの会社は利用しないほうが良いと思い、口コミを書きました。

I bought this elsewhere but I'm a frequent Amazon shopper so I thought I'd post here too.I bought the white version and based on the other reviews, I think that was a good choice. It was well-packed with bubble wrap around each piece and styrofoam sheets between them. There was no damage to any of the pieces. The holes were the right size and in the right place and putting it together was as expected -- not difficult but did take a little time and effort. It is not the least bit wobbly. Though any free standing item that is narrow and tall like this might need to be anchored to the wall. Mine is in a corner so I think it will be all right. The numbered stickers were hard to remove as they did not use removable labels for some reason. But I used a flat razor blade and worked them slowly until they came off cleanly. I removed each sticker just before I attached the piece so I wouldn't lose track which piece was which. All in all, I suspect some of the complaints about assembly are user error. Get a handyman if you are not skilled at this sort of thing.A negative for me, and admittedly others may not care as much as I did, is that it's 2" shorter than Overstock and Amazon say it is. It's only 65" tall and I have a 82" platform that I want the cats to be able to climb to. It may be slightly out of reach for them, especially since the top perch is so small. Too soon to tell. The correct measurement is clearly stated in the instruction manual.About the top step being small, my 11 lb cat is perched there now. She hangs off quite a bit but that is the way she likes it. Larger cats probable won't lay on this step but they could sit. I spent a long time searching for the "perfect" cat tree for our two cats. I was finally going to cave and buy one of those ugly, carpet-covered, intrusive monstrosities when I happened across this one. It costs more than I wanted to spend but it is worth every penny! The cats have loved it from day one.Positives: unique design, modern, looks like a bookcase so it blends in with your decor, multiple sitting spots for multiple cats, cubby hideout for the kitty trying to get away from the kids and dog, sisal scratching material at the base level, easy up and down for older cats, well labeled pieces for easy assembly. It looks like the carpet would be easy to pull out and replace when it's passed its prime. The designer clearly paid attention to DESIGN as well as FUNCTION which I so appreciate. Very sturdy, not at all worried about it falling over.Less-than-Positive: I wish it had one or two more carpet pads.Assembly: easy to follow instructions, well labeled pieces. Also easy to remove pieces when you put it together incorrectly... Not that I would know... :) Included extra hardware. The pilot holes for the L-brackets were slightly off. This was not a problem for us since we have a drill gun, but if you don't have one I could see that being a problem.Highly recommend - would buy it again in a heartbeat.

This is exactly what I was looking for for my living room. I live in a small apartment and "UP" is always the answer when it comes to my kitties. This pice fits so nicely in with my furniture, and the cats love it too. The price was much higher than what I was hoping to pay, but was pretty much in the same ballpark everywhere I looked for a cat tree that didn't look like an ugly carpet cat tree (I had one of those, they collect had and dust and leave pieces all over your carpet and floors like its nobody's business, plus, they look horrid) This pice doesn't have any toys hanging off of it, but if you really wanted to drill some small holes on there you could hang some toys no problem.In other words, I'm trying to move more into investing money into furniture thats going to last me as I get out of the poor college kid phase, and this was a great investment. My cats have gone through two of those carpet tree at $80.00 a piece two years in a row, and this tree is going to last me a long time, so don't let the sticker shock scare you, your cats will really enjoy this.

Overall I am happy with this cat tree. Another reviewer said it was very similar to ikea furniture and I defiantly felt that way when putting it together. There was a lot of assembly put the pictures made it really easy. The tower feels sturdy and my cat loves it. Only 4 stars because the cost is a bit high for the quality.

My cat seems to like it. Looks great and has nice accents. Only complaint is that the wood finish around the areas where you put the screws are not very polished. There are bits of wood sticking out here and there. Assembly is only moderately difficult. Also, mine doesn't sit perfectly level so the whole thing wobbles (I put something underneath to fix it). Overall, I like it because it's quite nice aesthetically.

From a far it looks really nice. Up close the whites of the wood don't match and the stickers they use to help you identify which piece is what do not come off clean... I still have some on the thing because I gave up. It also has some harsh corners so my hair less cat gets poked. Thus he doesn't use it anymore. In conclusion I paid way to much and its not fun or really safe for my cat. I should have just got one of those ugly carpeted towers.

It's nice looking, easy to put together but too small for most cats. Would love to see something like this but with the top tier at least 24" x 24" so big cats ca lay up there where they want to be. Kittens can barely use the top tiers.

It looks nicer than most cat trees so it relieved my living room of the carpeted eyesore, but my adult cats haven't taken to it at all -- even though it's in their favorite window with treats and catnip left on it to entice them.It's neither as soft nor secure-feeling from the cats' POV as the carpeted ones, and has some pretty sharp corners. I set it up next to the old tree hoping that when one cat was occupying the coveted penthouse atop the old one, the other would discover the new tree's top nook at the same level ... no dice. One cat even jumped over it to get to the old tree!Maybe it would be more interesting to younger, smaller cats who aren't as set in their ways -- one of my cats is 15 lbs and the other is skinny but long, so the upper levels are too small for a comfortable layaround and those sharp corners are easy to bump into while climbing the levels.All that said, it arrived in good condition, wasn't too hard to put together, and looks great. And it's easy to keep clean although that's not much of a chore since it doesn't get any use. :(A FEW CONSTRUCTION TIPS: Use an electric screwdriver or drill, and build it slightly out of order from the instruction sheet: connect the top/sides of each next level before you add it to the level below. Much easier than screwing together those pieces on a standing tree.

True to other reviewers - this is not well made in that the holes are drilled in places that make the pieces not line up. The finished product looks very cheap (not reflecting the large price tag).. The would be better to let you drill the holes yourself so it could come together better. That said it looks very nice from afar and does not appear to be a cat tree.

I purchased this cat tree and before I even go it put together, I noticed there are issues. The screw don't line up with the pre-drilled holes, the paint is chipped in places, and I stopped putting it together and am waiting to hear from the supplies about sending it back. I will not let my cats use it.
