makeup was messed up

I ordered this and was disappointed when it came because the lips were accidently painted once on the side of her face and once on her lips . Besides that the figure was nice but I got the defected one so I'm a little salty

Hands will break right off

Bought this for my daughter for Valentines Day. Today she took her out of her action figure case and her whole hand fell right off. She wasn’t rough AT ALL with it and simply took it out to play with it. Very disappointed.
