Excellent Laptop For Day To Day Use
This laptop is absolutely perfect for my use as a student and mid-tier programmer. I personally changed the OS to Ubuntu Linux, and it handles anything I throw at it perfectly. I cannot comment on the battery life since I have not had it for long enough, but it estimates around 8-9 hours on average without doing anything intensive on "Power Saving" mode. While I ordered the 1080p model, I recieved the 1440p model (No touchscreen), so I can absolutely not complain about the screen quality. Perfectly crisp letters, and pretty good video quality when testing with YouTube. The only downfall of the laptop is it's coating. It is an absolute fingerprint and grease MAGNET. Any sort of oils or fingerprints that touch it leave an almost permanent impression unless you take a wipe to it with some cleaner. The keyboard and trackpad have the same issue, but it is barely noticable on them, unlike the chassis Overall, this laptop is an absolute MUST if you are a student or business worker looking for a good laptop without breaking the bank. I would recommend anyone get this laptop if they need one

Bad battery
Laptop was in good condition when received but soon discovered the battery was junk. Must keep the laptop plugged in constantly or risk loosing work. Had to order a new battery and install it.

Wrong web information
I bought a computer with 512GB SSD. However, when I received the mechine, it is 256GB only. It is not trustable.

Did not have win 10 on it as advertised.
I purchased a used laptop because I needed one for work with windows 10 on it. Picked out one that was said to have 10 on it but upon receiving it found it had windows 11. Not thrilled about that since Iโll have to install 10 and purchase a product key. Other than that the thinkpad x1 seems great.

Okay laptop
The laptop was pretty good for the most part, but the keyboard was faulty. It would be brighter in sections and dimmer and others and not even lit up in others. Also, the battery didn't last very long.
