does what it says on the box. bit more money than I wanted to spend but no complaints from those that ate them.

Came safely packaged, no breakage. Looks good, neutral in taste- so suitable for all types of filling. And most importantly, quite robust. So can be filled and kept prepared several hours in advance. On the expensive side but I think it’s worth the money as it saves you a lot of time and effort in making the canopy cases individually.

Would definitely recommend and buy again
Really practical and very bite-size, I bought 2 boxes for a party and made 3 cold fillings. The pre-bake instruction for cold fillings was spot on. What would be useful is a guide for the amount of filling you need per 50 cases. I ended up with a massive overburden of rich, creamy and very delicious fillings that were hard to consume after the party. But these are extremely well made and packaged. Only one or two individual cases arrived with separated/broken bases, so virtually 100% solid, yet delicate and fine cases, fit for any banquet.

Tasty little tarts
I bought these for a party. They came in good time and were extremely well packaged. No vol au vents were hurt in the process. They are smaller than any I have seen before but this was an ideal finger buffet size. I only used one layer, but had 4 different flavours. Slightly fiddly to fill due to the size but we were rushing last minute. I could never have made anything as professional looking. They tasted great, even after a couple of days (There's always too much food at parties!) and the reasonable 'use by' date means I can save the other layer for another day. I'm not sure if I read they could be frozen, but I'm sure they could. These could be sweet or savoury. I would probably buy again, though a lower price or maybe the option for just one layer would turn that into a definite.

They are very small. Not fit for purpose. Very flimsy. 20 were damaged so unable to use. Don't waste your money

Hard and not very palatable
Unfortunately these pastry cases were not very nice. Hard and most of the bottoms fell off when handled. Very dissappointed.
