Q: If i am a size 11 what size should i get?

In my opinion I would get a size 12

Q: Nasty. A bottle opener on bottom of a shoe?! Why?

Yeah it’s actually awesome. I use it on my own and if the people I’m with are cool they want me to open theirs as well. I stepped in dog poop once when I first got them but rinsed and good to go. Crap smell faded over time, these are well made.

Q: Is the inside lined with cushion or material that will get wet if shoes get wet ?

not a lot of cushion, will get wet, but dry quick

Q: Is there any way the bottle opener can be removed from the shoe?

No, why would you want to? You don't notice it's there.
