I was advised 40 years ago by an orthopedic surgeon, to wear a weightlifting belt to support my lower back. I wanted a second belt so I'd always have one available. This worked great. A bit oversized I did a return and got the medium. Because it's black, I used a paint pen to fill in the white logo and wore it with my suit to the symphony. It just looked like a cumber-bun.

It's made with good materials though I don't like where the support was put.

I got it for weight lifting and it fits great. Very comfortable, would recommend.

I really like this belt a lot. I didn't want to get a leather weight lifting belt because they are hard and not flexible enough for my liking. This belt is designed perfectly for me. It is a hybrid that has the flexibility I need and does not feel cumbersome around my waste. I also like that the belt holes allows me to adjust it for a perfect fit.

This has helped my back so much -- I ordered the wrong size as I didnt know my waist size and I guessed. It is to small but I make it work.

I have received excellent product, manufacturing quality is excellent with very good packing. Exactly as was described however I have size issue my waste is small. I requested to return but I would love to buy it again with accurate size. Extremely satisfied with product quality

My review is not on the product but the measurements it's tells you to take to chose size. I chose a large as it states in description measure about waist at belly button height. Which I did and ordered accordingly. Belt is way to big so cannot use.
